  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Beef Sazon to taste
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Sugar1/2 tablespoon
  • Water to taste
  1. Season the meat with salt, garlic, seasoning and black pepper and make a hole in the middle of it. Spread the seasoning all over the meat.
  2. Stuff with the sausage.
  3. In the pressure cooker, heat the oil and add the sugar, when the sugar is very dark, put the cane and sauté well.
  4. Then put water to cover the meat, cover the pan and leave it under pressure for about 45 minutes.
  5. Once ready, transfer to a container and cut as you prefer.
