- Oil | 150 ml
- Seasonings | to taste

- In a pan, place the sausage to fry until golden.
- Remove the oil from the pan.
- Place the onion in the pan with sausage until golden.
- Put the rice, and add 4 cups of water, salt and seasonings and let it cook.
