  1. With the chopped ribs bought, season with garlic, salt, and 3 lemons. In the pressure cooker, put the oil, then the ribs, let them brown and add the onion, sauté, until the onion withers, put a.cup of water and put it under pressure for about 10 minutes, they need to be well cooked. After removing the pressure, even if there is broth, add the rice, chopped cabbage and cover with water. Put on pressure again for 4 minutes, then turn off the fire and let the pressure come out of the pan, that way, until all the pressure comes out and the time to dry all the water from the rice cooking. Once ready, place in a refractory and decorate with green filling on top.
