  • White Rice3 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Garlic90 g
  • Carrot (optional)1 unit(s)
  • Onion50 g
  1. In a pan, add the water and the jerky and blanch on medium heat twice or until the salt is completely removed.
  2. Soon after, with another hot pan you will sauté the jerky, if necessary add a thread of oil, soon after, add the chopped onion let it sauté well, and add the minced garlic.
  3. After the garlic is golden, put the three cups of white rice and then the grated carrot, saute very well. Add water.
  4. I advise you to put a very light pinch of salt, so as not to salt the rice. Let it cook normally, until the rice grains are cooked. If necessary, add more water. After the rice is cooked, just serve.
  5. If you want, you can add green corn to the rice, after cooking. And make a sautéed cabbage with bacon.
