Ingredients

• Rice | 1 cup
• Ham sausage | 200 g
• Desalted dried meat | 300 g
• Pumpkin cubed | 1 cup
• Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
• Olive oil |  to taste
• Butter | 1 dessert spoon
• Green Smell |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste
• Black pepper |  to taste
• Hot water | 2 cup

Recipe

1. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of oil and butter, brown the sausage cut into cubes.
2. Add the desalted and minced dried meat
3. Add onion and garlic and brown
4. Sauté the rice together with the meats, add the water, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the pumpkin
5. Cover the pot when the water is almost dry. Once ready, wait 5 minutes and stir. Finish with green smell
6. If you like, serve with a soft yolk fried egg.
