  • Pork ribs500 g
  • Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Coloral1/2 teaspoon
  • Pumpkin strawberry1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Cabbage leaf3 unit(s)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  1. In a bowl, season the meat with garlic, salt, color and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. In a very hot pan, sear the meat and after sealing, lower the heat and add the red onion.
  3. Sauté well and add in small amounts, water. Drip and fry until it reaches the ideal point of the meat.
  4. Cook the Pumpkin in boiling water, approximately 7 min, or until very soft.
  5. In the blender, beat well until it turns into a puree, season with salt, a little cheese and Heavy cream. A few drops of lemon go very well!
  6. To make kale, it's simple. Chop the cabbage into chiffonade and quickly fry in hot oil, season with a little salt and a pinch of sugar
