Clean the ribs. Put them in a bowl, put the garlic, onion and onion cream. Leave in the fridge overnight.
In a pressure cooker put oil and the meat with the seasonings. Wait for the meat to dry. Add the other ingredients and cover with water.
Bring to a boil for 20 minutes under pressure. Remove from pressure and let it cook longer and wait for the broth to dry a little more. It is super tasty
