Ingredients

  • Beef Rib | 1 kg
  • large onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 4 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf | 2 unit(s)
  • Color | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Place the rib in the pressure cooker, add all the seasonings and stir well,
  2. close the pan and put it on high heat for 20 minutes (count after the pan gets pressure). Disconnect. When all the pressure comes out, pour 03 cups (tea) boiling water, cover the pan and return it to high heat for another 20 minutes. Turn off, when serving sprinkle green smell. Tips: The preparation of this recipe is as simple as this: season it, close the pan and take it directly to the fire, without having to sauté it beforehand.
  3. In the 1st cooking time, you do not need water, as the meat will be cooked in its own broth and that of the seasonings. Put boiling water in the 2nd cooking time, not cold water, as the meat will harden and will have to stay longer in the fire.
