  • Macerated Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  1. Season the ribs with salt, garlic, paprika and pepper, mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and start frying the meat, stirring until all liquid is dry.
  3. At that moment, dripping hot water and letting it cook, repeating this process until the meat is loosening from the bone and is very soft.
  4. Mount the dish and serve in sequence.
