  • Cassava cut into medium cubes1 kg
  • Beef flavored broth2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Parsley1 to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, place the oil, garlic, onion, beef broth, bacon, tomato sauce and ribs and cook until the meat’s water dries up. When it dries, place an amount of water that covers two fingers above it and put pressure on the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. Take off the pressure, add the cassava, and put it on the pressure again for another 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the parsley.
