  • Potato500 g
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Coriander/Green Scent to taste
  • Sazon to taste
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, place the olive oil, garlic, onion, pepper and tomato all minced, and let it sauté.
  2. Then put the chopped rib into pieces, along with the sazon, pepperoni pepper, black pepper, salt, and the squeezed lemon, stir well and let it cook for another 10 minutes, then add water to cover the rib, cover the pan. and let the rib cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. When the rib is cooked, throw the cut potatoes, the coriander / green smell, mix well, and put it on pressure for another 3/5 minutes
  4. Remove from the heat, transfer to a container and that's it.
