- In the pressure cooker add garlic and onion sauté with a little oil. Then add paprika, tomatoes, seasoned ribs, beef broth and water to cook.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 25 minutes. After the pressure comes off, open the pan and add the cassava, pepperoni and chives and let it cook for another 10 minutes
