- Mode of preparation. Start by cutting the rib.
- Season with garlic, salt and lemon, and set aside.
- Take the diced onion Put it in the pressure cooker with an eye on it and let it fry a little.
- Then place the already seasoned rib, cover and let it cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
- While the rib is cooking, take the cassava, peel and cut into medium pieces.
- After 20 minutes, remove the pressure and add the cassava, put 300 ml of water and put the pressure again for 10 minutes.
- Then just turn off the fire and let the pressure come out naturally. And it's ready to serve.
