  1. Mode of preparation. Start by cutting the rib.
  2. Season with garlic, salt and lemon, and set aside.
  3. Take the diced onion Put it in the pressure cooker with an eye on it and let it fry a little.
  4. Then place the already seasoned rib, cover and let it cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
  5. While the rib is cooking, take the cassava, peel and cut into medium pieces.
  6. After 20 minutes, remove the pressure and add the cassava, put 300 ml of water and put the pressure again for 10 minutes.
  7. Then just turn off the fire and let the pressure come out naturally. And it's ready to serve.
