  • green smell0 to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, sauté a chopped onion and two cloves of chopped garlic, add the chopped ribs and sauté well, add a teaspoon of paprika, a chopped tomato, salt and red pepper if you like, cover with hot water and leave it in the oven. pressure for 25 minutes, open and see if the rib is soft, if it is not soft let it cook a little longer until it depends on the rib.
  2. Add the raw cassava in pieces to taste, if you need to add more water, close the pressure cooker for ten minutes.
  3. Open and add green smell to taste, adjust salt and pepper to taste.
