  • Beef Rib (not too much fat)1 kg
  • skinless bacon100 g
  • large onions6 unit(s)
  • chili pepper to taste1 unit(s)
  • salt to taste1 unit(s)
  1. Season the rib with a little salt and set aside. Peel the onions and cut into slices. Take half of the onions and make a layer at the bottom of the pressure cooker. Place the rib on top of the onion layer and add the bacon. Top the rib and bacon with the other half of the onions. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until the liquid inside dries up. No need to add water, the onion and ribs will release a lot of water.
