  • Pepperoni Sausage (Optional)1/2 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt2 to taste
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  1. Peel and cut the onions into thick slices, set aside Cut the pepperoni sausage into slices and set aside.
  2. In the pressure cooker, line the bottom with the onion rings, accommodate the pieces of the rib with the bone down. Sprinkle with coarse salt, make a layer of sausage sausage, another layer of onion, rib, salt and pepperoni, finishing with a layer of onion.
  3. Cover the pan on medium / low heat, when the pan starts to sizzle count 35/40min.
  4. When you open the pan, stir so that the onion sauce from the bottom is mixed with the meat, it is usually very soft and very juicy! Add green smell to taste to finish. Here is success whenever I do!
  5. OBS: Pepperoni can be optional, I've done it without and it was great too!
