- Beef rib1 kg
- Red wine, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper and parsley. to taste
- Tomato2 unit(s)

- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil for frying1 l

- Milk100 ml
- Wheat Flour and Panko Flour2 cup
- Season the rib with onion, garlic, salt, black pepper and red wine to taste and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- In a pressure cooker, brown the ribs, add the tomato, cover with water and cook under pressure for 45 minutes.
- Remove from pressure, separate the broth from the meat. Refrigerate the broth for the fat to solidify. Remove that excess fat and discard.
- Separate the bones from the meat and shred.
- Cook the potatoes in the broth until soft. Mash the potatoes, add the shredded meat, green smell to taste, correct the salt and add the wheat flour. Cook until the dough is consistent. Pour the dough into a refractory, cover with plastic wrap and wait for it to cool down to shape the dumplings.
- When the dough is cool, shape the dumplings, pass the wheat flour, then the egg and panko flour. Fry until golden.
