Ingredients

  • Lizard | 1.5 kg
  • Oil | 1 cup
  • Vinegar | 1 cup
  • Large onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive | 200 g
  • Tomato | 500 g
  • Tomato Extract | 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Chili pepper |  to taste
  • Parsley |  to taste
  • Chives |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the whole meat with water and salt.
  2. Once cooked and cooled, slice very thinly and intersperse with the sauce made with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Between the layers put parsley and chives. Put in the fridge for 24 hours. Eat chilled with French bread or to taste.
