- Tea from inside or against filet700 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Corn1 can(s)
- Cognac1 cup
- Seasonings to taste
- Place the butter and meat in the pan and mix occasionally until all the meat is sealed. Once sealed, add the garlic pounded with salt and the seasonings of your choice, like black pepper, seasoned.. mix well and let it thicken for about 5 minutes. Add the cognac carefully and set it on fire at this point, I used a matchstick, stir with a long-handled spoon so you don't burn yourself, add the corn and stir a little more, add the mustard, ketchup and cream, stir for two minutes and you're done.
