Ingredients
- Carioca beans | 500 g
- Pork ribs | 400 g
- Pepperoni sausage | 2 unit(s)
- Carrot | 2 unit(s)
- Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Garlic | to taste
- Chives | to taste
- Salt | to taste
Recipe
- Soak the beans in water with vinegar for 24 hours. If you don't remember, use boiling water in it 1 hour before preparation. Fry the ribs already seasoned to your liking (I use lemon, finely crushed garlic, Bahia seasoning, pepper and salt), then reserve them. In the same pan, fry the pepperoni (I cook a little, because I don't like their excess fat). Then add the onion, garlic and mix well. In the pressure cooker, add the beans, sausages, carrots and ribs. Cover with water up to the edge of your pot. Count 30 minutes after you get pressure and turn it off. Fry plenty of garlic in olive oil, add fine chives and then add the beans. Finish with salt and you're done! In the video I show the whole process. Hope you like it.
