  • Ground flank steak500 g
  • Wheat for kibbeh150 g
  • Chilled lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Hot water2 cup
  • Ice water1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Syrian pepper to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Mint to taste
  1. Hydrate the wheat with hot water for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Squeeze the wheat well with your hands to remove excess water.
  3. Pass the wheat quickly in the food processor.
  4. Take the wheat to a bowl. Add the meat, salt, Syrian pepper, cinnamon, lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Add the ice water little by little when necessary to make the dough very soft.
  6. Arrange on a plate and decorate with mint leaves.
  7. Serve with pita bread
