Ingredients

  • Carré de Lamb | 400 g
  • Sauteed Cabbage | 2 tablespoon
  • Quinoa Salad with Mango (recipe on my profile 😉) | 2 tablespoon
  • Coarse salt |  to taste
  • Ground black pepper |  to taste
  • Ground pink pepper |  to taste
  • crushed rosemary |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Place the rack of lamb in a bowl and season with coarse salt, crushed rosemary, ground black and rose pepper.
  2. Roast on the grill until it's medium or well done if you prefer 😉
  3. Serve with braised cabbage and quinoa salad with mango or as you prefer 😉
