  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Mint leaves10 unit(s)
  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the onion, garlic and mint.
  2. Mix this paste with all the other ingredients.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured refractory with golden linseed, make the "cuts / designs".
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  5. TIP: Let the QUINOA soak for at least 30 minutes before preparing. Then, sauté garlic in olive oil, add the QUINOA, sauté it and add hot water until it is cooked.
  6. TIP II: To accompany I made gluten-free pasta, sautéed in garlic, oil and green smell.
