- Chicken1 kg
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 to taste
- Cut the chicken into cubes, season, set aside!
- In a pan add chopped onion and let it brown
- Right after the onion is golden add the chicken in the pan, let it fry well
- With the chicken well sautéed and almost in liquid in the pan, add the tomato sauce, let it sauté until it boils.
- Add the cream and mix well until it boils, taste to see if it's seasoned well, tip: if it's too acidic, put a teaspoon of sugar to reduce the acidity
