- Rump in pieces500 g
- Margarine or butter100 g
- Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Tomato pulp250 ml
- Pickled Mushrooms1 cup
- In a pan, put the butter, the meat and the onion to sauté
- When the meat is already cooked, add the tomato pulp and leave another 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the canned mushrooms cut into strips, the cream and mix well.
- Serve with whatever accompaniments you prefer :)
