  • Meat for beef cut into cubes500 g
  • Dry meat100 g
  • Okra cut into two-finger espresso300 g
  • Peeled dried shrimp100 g
  • medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Coriander Sauce1/2 unit(s)
  • Palm oil and salt1 to taste
  • Pepperoni sausage100 g
  1. In a pan, put a little oil to heat, after the oil is very hot add the garlic and onion to brown.
  2. After golden, add the jerky, sausage and beef to sauté.
  3. Sauté a lot and gradually add the dried shrimp and cilantro, always stirring. Do not add water, as the meat will loosen.
  4. After the meat is very tender, adjust the salt and add the okra and let it cook, if necessary add a little water and wait.
  5. When everything is well cooked and the okra is al dente, add the palm oil to taste and let it cook for another 5 minutes and then turn it off.
