  • Whole pumpkin1 unit(s)
  • Dry meat500 mg
  • Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil, spices to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Open the pumpkin cover with a knife and remove all the seeds inside.
  2. Then pass salt and oil inside it, wrap it in aluminum foil and bake until you wait for a toothpick and it is soft.
  3. In a pan put the oil, onion and garlic to sauté
  4. Add the already desalted and shredded jerky, the chopped tomatoes and let it sauté a little longer.
  5. Add the seasonings to taste, salt, pepper, chimichurri, etc. and the tomato sauce and mix well.
  6. Finish with the cream cheese and turn off the heat.
  7. When the pumpkin is roasted, put this sauce that we prepared inside it and top it with mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven just to melt.
  8. After the melted cheese, put green smell on top and serve with white rice and potato straw.
