Temperos a gosto ( fumaça defumada,colorau, sal, chimichurry e cheiro verde).


Seasonings to taste (smoked smoke, paprika, salt, chimichurry and green smell).


 Adicionar a abóbora cozida no multiprocessador ( pode amassar a abóbora com um garfo)  junto com creme de cebola, requeijão e  creme de leite.
Retire e leve a uma panela e leve ao fogo.
Deixar cozinhar o purê até soltar do fundo da panela.


 Add the pumpkin cooked in the multi-processor (you can mash the pumpkin with a fork) along with the onion cream, cottage cheese and cream.
Remove and place in a pan and bring to a boil.
Let the puree cook until it releases from the bottom of the pan.


Para o refogado adicionar azeite, o bacon e carne seca até fazer uma fritura, em seguida adicionar a cebola e alho até dourar.
E em seguida adicionar o quiabo e a vagem, mexer bem por dois minutos e adicionar o restante dos ingredientes pimenta de cheiro, pimentão verde e os temperos a gosto ( fumaça defumada,colorau, chimichurry, sal e cheiro verde) 
Refogar tudo por dez minutos e desligar.

For the stir-fry, add oil, bacon and jerky until frying, then add the onion and garlic until golden.
And then add the okra and the green beans, stir well for two minutes and add the rest of the ingredients chili pepper, green pepper and seasonings to taste (smoked smoke, paprika, chimichurry, salt and green chili)

Montagem do escondidinho de abóbora com quiabo e carne seca 

Colocar a primeira camada do purê de abóbora em um refratário e em seguida: a segunda camada adicionar o recheio e na terceira câmada o purê de abóbora e adicionar queijo coalho ralado para finalizar.
Levar ao forno a 200° por 35 minutos.

Assembly of the pumpkin hide with okra and jerky

Place the first layer of the pumpkin puree in a refractory and then: the second layer add the stuffing and in the third layer the pumpkin puree and add grated curd cheese to finish.
Bake at 200° for 35 minutes.
