  • Rice | 3 cup
  • Corn | 1 can(s)
  • Parsley | 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Small Potato | 15 unit(s)
  • Turmeric Powder | 2 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Minced Steaks | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste


  1. Season the steaks and fry in the pan you will make the rice.
  2. After the steaks are fried, cut into strips and set aside.
  3. With the sauce left in the pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté.
  4. Add rice and stir.
  5. Add the potatoes, saffron, salt, black pepper and corn.
  6. Stir to mix well
  7. At the end, add the corn and the meat. I put the water to cover about two fingers above the rice.
  8. Cook normally. When almost dry, sprinkle with parsley.
  9. It's delicious
