- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Green smell1 to taste
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Line the pressure cooker with oil and then with thick slices of onion.
- Add the meat already seasoned with salt and garlic.
- Place pepperoni slices on top of the meat.
- Chop the peppers or place in slices.
- Close the pan and leave it under pressure for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pressure and check if the meat is tender, being cooked, chop the green smell and serve.
