Ingredients

  • Beef rib | 1 kg
  • Pepperoni | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 1 to taste
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Green smell | 1 to taste
  • Seasonings | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. Line the pressure cooker with oil and then with thick slices of onion.
  2. Add the meat already seasoned with salt and garlic.
  3. Place pepperoni slices on top of the meat.
  4. Chop the peppers or place in slices.
  5. Close the pan and leave it under pressure for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the pressure and check if the meat is tender, being cooked, chop the green smell and serve.
