1 kg of meat (chuck steak, duckling or pork loin) 8 large onions, sliced 3 or 4 bouillon cubes | to taste

Line the bottom of a pressure cooker with half the onions.
Crumble a bouillon cube over the onions, add the meat, add another bouillon cube and top with the rest of the onions.
Close the pressure cooker, without adding water, and let it cook for 25 minutes.
If you prefer, add sliced potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
