  • Lemon juice | 1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper | 1 to taste
  • Sazon for meat | 1 to taste
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Sliced onions | 3 unit(s)


  1. Season the steaks with lemon, salt, black pepper, and seasoning. And leave for about 5 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Cut the onions into rings. In the pressure cooker add the oil and onions. Then put the steaks and cover the pan and let it get pressure for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes of pressure turn off, open the pan and turn the steaks to brown or on the other side. Leave for another 4 minutes on pressure and then just serve. fast and practical
