  • ground beef500 g
  • wheat for kibbeh250 g
  • boiling water350 ml
  • chopped small onion1 unit(s)
  • chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • chopped mint3 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste to taste
  • Cottage cheese or catupiry to taste
  1. Soak the wheat in boiling water (mix well) for 1 hour (no need to squeeze)
  2. Mix the ground meat with the wheat, add the seasonings and mix well
  3. Take portions of this mixture, knead well with your hands (prevent them from opening when frying), shape and fry in hot oil
  4. Drain on absorbent paper
  5. You can replace the ground beef with ground chicken breast. You can fill it with Cottage Cheese or Catupiry
