- ground beef500 g
- wheat for kibbeh250 g
- boiling water350 ml
- chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- chopped mint3 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste
- Cottage cheese or catupiry to taste
- Soak the wheat in boiling water (mix well) for 1 hour (no need to squeeze)
- Mix the ground meat with the wheat, add the seasonings and mix well
- Take portions of this mixture, knead well with your hands (prevent them from opening when frying), shape and fry in hot oil
- Drain on absorbent paper
- You can replace the ground beef with ground chicken breast. You can fill it with Cottage Cheese or Catupiry
