  • Dry meat400 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove5 unit(s)
  • Buffalo Butter4 tablespoon
  • Qualho cheese3 unit(s)
  • Milk or oatmeal1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheese.200 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  1. Soak the meat in cold water for 12 hours. Changing the water a few times
  2. Pressure cook the meat for about 20 minutes after the whistle. Let it cool and shred it.
  3. Peel and chop the potatoes and cook in water until aldente.
  4. Mash the potato with 2 full tablespoons of butter, milk to taste until it reaches the desired consistency. I used about 1/2 cup and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In a large skillet, brown the finely chopped qualho cheese, add the chopped garlic and onion. When the onion sweats well, add the meat and mix.
  6. Line a pan with olive oil and place 1/3 of the mashed potatoes, place the mixed meat and cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Cover everything with the grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes over a medium heat of 250 celcious or until the cheese is golden brown.
