- potato1 kg
- Made from chicken400 g
- White sauce400 ml
- Chopped Parsley10 g
- Grated Mozzarella200 g
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Cook the potatoes until they are al dente. (I like it a little firmer)
- Once they are warm, cut in half and set aside.
- Cook the chicken breast with a little salt, shred and set aside.
- With a spoon, remove a little of the potato core, and mix with the ingredients.
- Place inside the cockroach, stuff the potato and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes, just until golden. Finish with the parsley and serve.
