Beef brisket, chuck or muscle1 kg
Garlic5 unit(s)
Onion2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cornstarch 1 and a half tablespoons1/2 tablespoon

Fry the meat well until the water dries up.
Season to taste with salt and pepper
