Beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Green smell to taste

In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion in olive oil or oil until the onion is transparent;
Add the garlic, beef stock and salt to the pan; Let it cook a little longer and add the meat cubes;
Stir and sauté the meat until sealed;
Add the water and stir and cover the pan; Let it cook on medium heat for 35 minutes after getting pressure;
After this time, turn off the heat and let the pressure release itself;
Add the carrots, and the potatoes; Let it cook for another 15 minutes.
