  • Meat pieces250 g
  • Vegetables of your choice in large pieces100 g
  • Seasoning of your choice, such as garlic, onion, tomato paste, black pepper, salt, coriander, chives, coloram, rosemary1 to taste
  1. saute for 5 minutes meat with all seasonings and 1/2 cup of water
