- Portion the meat in 4. Season with salt and pepper. Chop onion, garlic, carrot, tomato add
- Peel the potatoes and reserve in water.
- Place the oil in a heated pan (can be under pressure). Seal the meat on all sides.
- Remove the meat from the pan. Add the onion, sauté. Then the garlic.
- Add the carrots, celery, herbs.
- Put the meat back in the pan. Stir to combine all the flavors.
- Put the tomatoes. Add the broth. Let it cook.
- Halfway through cooking, add the potatoes and leave until cooked.
