Numa panela de pressão,  coloque 3 colheres de azeite , depois forre com cebola em rodelas grossas.


In a pressure cooker, put 3 tablespoons of oil, then cover with onion in thick slices.


Em seguida , põe 500g de carne acem , acrescente a pimenta do reino , sal agosto , sazon e cheiro verde.

Regue novamente tudo com azeite e feche.
Tampe a panela e deixe em fogo baixo até pegar pressão. 
Quando pegar pressão,  conte 30 minutos e abra , e se precisar cozinhe um pouco mais.
