  • Diced soft meat300 g
  • Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt, chimichurri, Bahian seasoning, oregano to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 l
  1. Cut the meat into cubes if you bought the whole piece. Reserve
  2. Cut the garlic and onion and add to the pressure cooker along with the olive oil. Turn on the fire and after it starts to brown, add the meat. Leave cooking with the pan open in low fire.
  3. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes, put them to cook with the meat.
  4. Finally cut the peppers and put them to cook together with the other items (I put the peppers last because they cook very quickly)
  5. Season with salt, pepper, Bahian seasoning, chimichurri to taste. Cover with water. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Then just serve and enjoy
