Ingredients

  • Minced meat | 800 g
  • Chopped Potato | 4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Carrots | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic and chopped onion | 1 to taste
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper and meat seasoning | 1 to taste
  • Hot water | 500 ml
  • Chopped Parsley | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. I started by mincing the meat I used hard drumhead. Cut into cubes and set aside. I also peeled the potato and carrots. Cut, washed and set aside.
  2. Now pressure put the chopped garlic and onion. Add the oil and let it fry until the onion is golden brown.
  3. Then I added the minced meat and seasonings. Black pepper and salt. Then I added the chopped potatoes and carrots.
  4. I mixed it well and let the meat sauté well. Then I put the water and took the pressure with 40 minutes.
  5. As time passes, release the pressure. Now open the pan and add the chopped parsley, mix and then just serve
