- Acem diced1/2 kg
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Diced Potato3 unit(s)
- Sliced Carrot2 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- In a pressure cooker, put a thread of oil and add the acem. Let it seal.
- Add the onion, garlic and salt and mix until fried.
- Cover with water, cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes after it reaches pressure.
- After that time, open the pan, add the carrots and potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finish with green smell to taste and serve next!
