  • Minced Meat800 g
  • Chopped Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic and onion to taste
  • Hot water to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Seasoning for meat to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  1. Chop the meat into cubes, it can be hard or thick, set aside;
  2. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut, wash and reserve;
  3. In a pressure cooker put the olive oil, chopped garlic and onion, let it fry until golden;
  4. Soon after, add the minced meat and seasonings to your liking, after adding the chopped potatoes and carrots;
  5. Let the meat braise well. Done that put the water and take the pressure for approximately 40 min;
  6. After the pressure cooking time, open the pan and give the meat another fry until the water dries up. Then add the chopped parsley and it's ready to serve.
