  • Green Smell1 to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, put 1 cup of oil after add the onion, garlic and sauté well.
  2. Add the meat and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring well.
  3. Then I put the meat Sazón, tomato, pepper, tomato extract, add 500 ml of water and oregano to taste.
  4. Let it cook for 30 minutes counting the beginning of the boiling of the ingredients.
  5. Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat and mix the green smell to taste.
  6. And serve.
