In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the onion, leave it until it is very brown.
Put the meat cut into medium cubes and let it brown for 15 minutes
Add the two units of beef stock and the paprika to taste
Add the water until it covers the meat.
Put the pressure on for 25 minutes
Remove from the heat, release the pressure and add the potatoes and the parsley
Put on pressure for another 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts beeping and turn off the heat.
