  • Sliced soft thigh500 g
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Salt and Pepper1 to taste
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  • Hot water500 ml
  • Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
  • Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped small carrot1 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion and garlic and saute well. Add the meat and sauté for another 5 minutes, stir well.
  2. After sautéing for 5 minutes, add the tomato, pepper, carrot and tomato paste and finally add the water and oregano.
  3. Let it cook for 30 minutes, counting on the beginning of the boil, once the meat is cooked, remove from the heat and mix the parsley and serve.
